Carlo is a Monte Carlo simulation platform that allows you to create probabilistic models, connect external data sources, and run simulations. We provide tools for decision-making under uncertainty.

The Carlo platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Public Simulations
When you make a simulation public, others may view and remix it. You retain ownership, but grant other users the right to create derivative works.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Carlo allows you to connect third-party services (Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Stripe, PostHog, REST APIs). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
Carlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Decisions made based on simulation results
- Financial losses or damages from using the service
- Data loss due to service interruptions or errors
- Third-party service failures or data breaches
Simulations are tools for analysis and should not be the sole basis for critical decisions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
